All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Items must be unused and returned with original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.

How to Return:

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging and provide its tracking info.
  4. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
